Our reception is open daily from 08:00 to 18:00. In the low season, when our hotel and restaurant are closed, reception is open daily from 08:00 to 17:00.

À la carte restaurant: daily from 12:00 to 20:00 (subject to days off)
Hotel bar: daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (subject to days off)

ATTENTION: in the off-season (spring and fall) the restaurant and the hotel bar are closed - of course you will be informed by us.

Check-in for alpine huts and hotel rooms is possible from 15:00, check-out is until 10:00. After consultation with our reception team, we can also accommodate you in terms of time if possible.

In the entire Almdorf Reiteralm there is a free WLAN connection for our guests.

We offer a daily bread roll service for our guests. You can find the order form online or directly at our reception. Orders are accepted daily until 4:30 pm (in the shoulder seasons in spring and fall until 1:00 pm) and delivered to your alpine hut from 8:00 am the next day. Here you will find our selection of pastries and can place your order directly online.

We will clean your laundry for a fee of € 15.00 per wash. You are welcome to leave your laundry with us at reception and then collect it again.

The most important foodstuffs (e.g. milk, butter, eggs etc.) are available in our village store in the Almhotel. You will also find souvenirs and sweets, ice lollies and drinks in our store. The nearest supermarkets and stores can be found in Schladming (approx. 15 minutes' drive away).

You are welcome to borrow baby cribs and high chairs for the little ones from us if you let us know before your arrival. The baby linen package (€ 8.00) consists of a baby crib, bed linen with covers and 2 small towels.

You are welcome to pay your bill by EC card, Visa, Mastercard or in cash.

In the event of cancellation, the "General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry" apply:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price.
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
• If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the tour price, in case of early departure 100%.
• To save you unnecessary costs, we recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance.

You are welcome to bring the necessary equipment yourself. To save you the trouble, you can also book our laundry package. This costs € 16,00 per person and includes:

• 1 upholstery cover
• 1 comforter cover
• 1 fitted sheet
• 1 shower towel
• 1 sauna towel
• 1 small towel
• 1 bathrobe (for bookings in Premium Chalets and in Comfort Alpine Chalets Enzian Deluxe)

You are welcome to order a baby laundry package for € 8,00 book. This consists of a baby crib, bed linen and 2 small towels.

Please let us know before your arrival!

Snow chains are compulsory on the mountain road leading to the Almdorf Reiteralm. This means that you must put on snow chains when it is snowing or icy. We generally recommend that you always have snow chains with you in winter. Although our road is well cleared, prolonged snowfall can lead to icy or slippery roads.

Dogs are allowed in our alpine huts and chalets on request and for a fee of € 20.00 per night. There are also certain areas in the restaurant where you are allowed to bring your dog. Please let us know in advance!

You can buy ski passes for 2 days and up to 7 days directly at check-in. We ask you to place your order the evening before so that we can prepare the ski passes for you. However, we cannot grant discounts and special conditions. It is best to buy your ski passes in advance online or at the lift ticket office.

In the valley, right next to the "Silver Jet" gondola station, you will find the Intersport Gerhardter.

You can book ski courses in advance at the Ski school Reiteralm book.

You will find fully equipped kitchens in our alpine huts and chalets:

In every alpine hut or chalet you will find a small bag of tabs for the dishwasher in the kitchen area and Various bin liners. The waste system plan can be found in our digital guest folder, for which you will find the QR code in the accommodation. Full bin bags can be deposited in front of the Almhütte every morning - our team will be happy to dispose of them for you.

Most of our beds are already equipped with hypoallergenic bed linen. However, if you suffer from allergies, please let us know when you book.

All our dishes can be prepared vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free, for example. Please simply speak to our service team. Please let us know in advance when making a booking or table reservation.

In our alpine huts and chalets there are certain House rules to note.
