Key handover will take place at the reception of Almhotel Edelweiss. Registration forms and the handover protocol for check-in will also be completed there, and the deposit will be made. Credit card details must be provided as a deposit.

The standard occupancy per cabin is 2 to 22 people, depending on the category. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is only allowed with the owner's consent. We reserve the right to increase the price for overoccupancy.

Obvious defects and missing inventory that are noticed during the stay must be reported immediately to reception so that the necessary measures can be taken.

For hygienic reasons, we ask you to use towels when using the sauna.

Mattresses, comforters and pillows may only be used with comforter covers! If you have forgotten these, you are welcome to borrow the necessary covers from reception for a fee.

Linen packs should be ordered up to 3 days before arrival.

Smoking is prohibited inside the alpine huts! Ashtrays are available in the outdoor areas.

The use of open fires in the huts is strictly prohibited, apart from the open fire, as they are made of wood. We also ask you to take care when using the stove! Clothes must not be dried on or near the stove (fire hazard).

Campfires are only permitted by prior arrangement and in the designated areas! You are welcome to use our barbecue pavilion free of charge. Please make a reservation at the reception.

Consideration for the environment is also important to us. It is strictly forbidden to pour out various liquids such as cleaning agents and other faeces in the countryside. Waste must not be thrown into the toilet or other drains. Full garbage bags in front of the door will be collected by us from Monday to Saturday. Please observe the waste separation rules!

• Paper & Glass = Collect separately in buckets

We would also like to politely ask you to be considerate of your neighbors during your stay. Noise is to be avoided from 22:00 to 08:00.

Please ensure that pets are only allowed to use the furniture if their own „dog blanket“ is placed on it.
Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that your dog's large droppings must not be left lying around! You will find dog waste bags at two dog stations in our Almdorf Reiteralm.

The collection point for used bed linens and towels upon your departure is located in the entrance area of the mountain hut.

Our guests have a certain duty of care. Before check-out, we ask you to do a small basic cleaning of the kitchen: clean the stove and oven, empty the fridge and wash all the dishes. Soiling beyond the usual scope (e.g. burnt pots or ceramic hobs) will be charged separately.

After check-out, a final inspection and cleaning will be carried out by our team. In case of damage or missing items, the damage must be settled by the main guest.

The alpine hut can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
