• Acceptance and processing of individual reservations

Your profile

• Completed vocational training and practical experience (but also as a career changer)
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package
• Experience with reservation programs an advantage (AIDA)
• German at native speaker level and fluent English
• Hospitality and customer friendliness
• Well-groomed, self-confident appearance
• Organizational skills, diligence and reliability
• Independent and structured way of working
• High resilience and flexibility
